Processing Times

All items are made in small batches with care. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be prepared and packaged. During busy periods (launches, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping - usually 3-6 business days
Express Shipping - usually 1-3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. if you don't receive tracking, please check your junk folder or contact us.

International Shipping

International Shipping is available. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery times vary between 7-21 business days depending on location.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels are lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number, and reach out to us if you need help.

Address Errors

Please double-check that your address is correct. We cannot refund items shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
