Each pendant features a genuine natural shell with warm caramel markings, paired with a gold-plated chain to create an effortless coastal statement. Light, earthy and organic, Isola layers beautifully with your everyday favourites or stands alone as a delicate ocean-inspired keepsake.

• Natural spotted sea shell
• Gold-plated stainless steel chain
• 18k gold-plated bail
• Hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, suitable for daily wear

• Pendant size: approx. 20–25mm (each shell is unique)
• Chain length: 40cm + 5cm extender

As each pendant is crafted from a real shell, variations in colour, pattern and size are completely natural and part of the charm, no two Isola necklaces are ever the same.

Care
Avoid perfumes, lotions and water exposure. Store in a dry place and clean gently with a soft cloth.

Unfortunately we are unable to return earrings due to change of mind because of strict hygiene regulations. If your item/s are faulty or damaged we are happy to provide a replacement or refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Care Instructions

Remember to remove earrings before bathing/showering, exercising, sleeping or swimming. To clean, use a soft cloth or wet wipe then dry thoroughly.
